At EH9 Espresso, we take pride in supporting our local community and contributing to causes that make a positive impact. We receive a high volume of requests for charitable donations and sponsorships, and while we would love to support everyone, we must prioritize requests that align with our values and resources. To ensure a fair and efficient process, please review our policy below.

1. Application Requirements

All requests for donations or sponsorships must be submitted in writing at least two weeks prior to the event. We will not consider requests submitted less than two weeks before the event date. This allows us sufficient time to review and process your application.

2. Information to Include in Your Application

To be considered for a donation or sponsorship, your written application must include the following details:

• The Cause: Please provide a brief description of the cause or charity you are supporting, including its purpose, goals, and any relevant background information.

• Event Details: Specify the name, date, and location of the event, along with an estimate of how many people are expected to attend.

• Fundraising Goal: Indicate how much you aim to raise through this event or campaign.

• Other Businesses Contacted: List any other businesses or organizations that you have approached for donations or sponsorships. This information helps us to understand the level of support you are receiving from the community.

3. Eligibility Criteria

While we aim to support a wide range of causes, priority will be given to:

• Local community-based initiatives that have a direct impact on Dundee and the surrounding areas.

• Non-profit organizations, schools, or registered charities with clear and specific fundraising goals.

• Events or causes that promote social good, well-being, education, or environmental sustainability.

4. Exclusions

Please note that we will generally not consider requests for:

• Personal fundraising, such as individual sponsorships for marathons or other events.

• Political or religious organizations (unless the event is community-based and inclusive).

• For-profit entities seeking donations for commercial purposes.

5. Decision Process

After receiving your application, we will review the information provided and make a decision based on our budget, existing commitments, and the alignment of your cause with our values. We will aim to respond within one week of receiving your request. If your application is successful, we will provide further details about the donation or sponsorship agreement.

6. Submission of Applications
